Does any one know what tool is required to remove the immersion elements;

There is brass collar holding the element in position, It has four indents in it and it looks like a 'tool' of some sorts would fit to unscrew it.

When you buy a new element there is a tool adapter supplied with it it which enables a spanner to be used.

You get the tool in the installation pack with the cylinder too when you buy it.
