Message during start up?

Advent 7201 laptop running Vista.
My daughter's laptop has started giving the following message during start up.
"Could not run or load C:\Users\anyuser~1\AppData\Local\Temp\csrss.exe"
specified in the rgistry. Make sure the file existson your computer or remove the reference to it in the registry".
If I click on OK it will start and run with seemingly no problem. I'd like to get rid of the message if possible but I'm not sure how to. Any ideas?

It's a bit confusing for me and the link to Autoruns says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."
Can I try something else?
