I am looking for tiles to go around the walls near my cooker and sink and quite like the Metro 200x100. I am finding it hard to imagine what a big block of a single colour will look like on this quite big wall:

With dark floor and worktop and not too much natural light I think we need light coloured tiles (the other walls in the kitchen are antique white) but would all pure white be a bit too much? Suggestions we have at the moment are all white, all creme, or perhaps a darker colour at the bottom of the wall with creme at the top (there is a nice blue colour called Bond Street which might complement the slate effect floor http://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/til...lantis-gloss-200x100-bond-street-tiles/17491/ ) . Any ideas what might work well?

Cheers

Buy or download graph paper then draw your kitchen carefully to scale and colour it in with crayons.
That's what I have just done as I couldn't get it straight in my head what it would look like. View media item 40246

thanks for that tip, I was trying to do it with the photo and drop tiles in using a paint package but its dificult to make it look realistic with the perspective and the lighting :D
