Mexican Desserts

Does anyone know where to get genuine mexican desserts like Churros (yes I know they are Spanish/ Portugese, but are consumed in Mexico and elsewhere too) and Mueganos?

I have looked at online grocery stores and high street ones in the smoke, but they only do the dry mix for Churros. I'd like them ready-baked.

Easy enough to do yourself though, especially if you've a packet mix. You don't bake them, you fry them like a donut.

What about creme caramel? Pretty much the same as the caramel flan that comes from Mexico imo. Other than that, sorry can't help unless you have a go at making it yourself.

You could google Mexican restaurants near you, get someone to deliver them to you. Never heard of churros but one place online delivers them, doughnut in chocolate sauce? hardly rocket science. Or are they fobbing me off?

If you're anywhere near Manchester CC, look up El Taquero. They do Mexican desserts; great tacos too!
