Looking at bench options.
Some time ago after having an accident with my table saw I sold it and replaced it with a plunge saw. While I regret both having the accident (a result of burning the candle at both ends) and selling the saw, I'm stuck with what I've got.
While for breaking down sheets it's not important, I'd like a good bench set up where I can make use of my Parf dogs to make repetitive accurate cuts when I'm making something.
I did build a Paulk style bench some time ago and while it's been good I've found it gets in the way more so, it's hard to get the right height on standard trestles so it's either too high or bad back low so I'm scrapping it.
So it leaves me with looking at a Festool MFT (or similar) - very expensive, haven't had first hand experience.
Or getting the Parfguide system to knock up a bench with trestles and 3x2 on the fly with accurate dog holes.
Any recommendations?
