MHS FLEX RADIATOR

Hi ,
Hope someone can help.I recently had a complete new heating system fitted including all pipe work,radiators and a worcester Bosch condensing combi.Everything was fine untill I changed the rdiator in the living room to a 6 panel vertical mhs flex radiator with dan foss thermostatic valve and lock shield.The problem is that the 2 panels closest to the thermostatic valve are not heating up yet the other 4 are.The thermostatic valve is set to MAX.I initially thought that this might be an air issue and have bled the radiator but this was not the case and all the other radiators are all fine with no issues.
Please help!!!

Does the rad have another bleed valve on it

no, unfortunately it only has 1 bleed valve.

Could it be a manufacturing defect?

Give the manufacturers a ring.
