Problem with thermostatic radiator valve

I recently removed a radiator to decorate, reattached and tried the central heating system which all works fine apart from this radiator.

The radiator has a thermostatic radiator valve which is not stuck (have checked this) but the pipe connecting to this is not heating up. The valve and pipe on the other side seems to be heating fine.

The radiator gets a small amount of heat going to it, but nowhere near the other radiators. It doesn't need bleeding.

Run out of ideas now... please help :(

Are you SURE the valve isn't stuck? Take the TRV Head off and really make sure the pin is springing out FULLY! give it a work out, run the heating with the Head off the Valve as the fault may be the Thermostatic head as it has been disturbed ;)
