Micro bore yet again!!

Can anyone tell me how i move a micro bore rad that has top and tail pipes coming out of a wall to a wall on the oposite side of the room, the floors are concrete so do i need to set the new pipes into a chanel in the floor?

take it over the top
ie ceiling from above
you may need to increase the pipe size tho
