Microsoft Money dying, what next?

I have been using various editions of Microsoft Moneyt for quite a few years. It is now withdrawn from suppot and it looks like online price updates have stopped.

What's good and cheap?

I need online share price updates, portfolio management, bank accounts with statement download, calendar of forthoming payments and deposits.

If I recall correctly, MS purchased a competitors product called Quick Money (or something similar) and rebranded it MS Money.

Maybe Quicks founders will re-introduce a similar product.
