After moving my freezer a short distance, I inadvertantly placed my hand on the buttons whilst the power was still on and now, although the freezer displays -16, the temperature is dropping and is starting to defrost.
I think I may have entered a service mode by pressing several of the buttons together, but the manual does not explain how to do a factory reset.
Does anyone know which buttons to press to reset.
I have obviously tried power off/power on.
