Miele Tumber dryer empty container buzzer

Hi I have a Miele Novotronic T7644C that keeps buzzing and the light for “empty out container” for the water condenser is ON but the container is completely empty.

Any ideas? The machine says it’s cooling down too and nothing is drying aghh!

Any help or tips will be hugely appreciated

It detects the water level in the container, usually at the rear of the assembly that the container slides into.
