Our machine has not been washing properly and last week it stopped draining
I have checked that the spraying wands are not blocked and cleaned the filter basket
I spoke to a white goods engineer and he suggested we check a reservoir under the machine - he told me to take the front pannel off and there would be a drop down flap underneath - we can't see one and don't know what to do!
I've asked the engineer to come but he's not answering his phone so I was wondering if I could sort it myself
