MIL, VSC & TRC lights all on?

Avensis T180
These dash lights all came on today.
There's a complete loss of power and engine reluctant to rev.
Has anybody seen that combination before, if so, what do they point to?

Thanks for that link. I had googled the sympoms and thought I had read everything but, I somehow, I didn't come across that.
I had my suspicions but had hoped for a clear cut diagnosis, to dave me messing around too much.
As I suspected, it was the EGR valve. It was choked, pretty much solid. It's a good job that it couldn't be easier to get at. A good hour scraping and wiping did the trick. All the lights are out and it's running normally again.
