I am moving ahead on a studio flat renovation. A family friend did the initial designs as a favour, but I have since had them drawn up into Building Regs drawings, with some issues flagged and modifications made.
The plans are with the Building Control, but I am concerned that it may not be possible to purchase FD30 pocket door frames of the specific measurements indicated in the Building Regs plans. As such, walls may need to be extended slightly here and there to make up the space if only smaller FD30 frames can be found.
If this is done once building starts and after plan approval, could this be an issue? Or should we be fine?
Examples of where this might happen are circled in the attached.
EDIT: Now attached second drawing with measurements
