1. Do I have to sign the 'Inspection & Testing reviewed by the qualified Supervisor' box at the bottom of a minor works cert after completing the minor works & doing the test ?
If you are a DI with the NICEIC then you are the Qualified Supervisor for your 'company', albeit that company is you trading alone.
Standard Minor Works Certificates that I've seen tend not to have that box, but I guess you are talking about the NICEIC purple ones, in which case you sign both - they have both for occasions where a company employs one Qualfied Supervisor to oversee several electricians, but given that the certificates are not related to Part P directly anyway its a little confusing.
