Minor Works Certificate question

I have some questions about part 2 of an NICEIC minor works certificate.

Not use NICEIC but have seen questions before.

Part 2: Details of the modified circuit
It asks about the RCD type, but what would I put there? I have never noticed any type written on an RCD.

I would think it refers to type S or 40ms or 30ma/100ma although it could refer to active or passive but "415.1.1" is what I would enter if no guidance is give i.e. 30ma at 40ms

Secondly,where in the regs would you find the: Details of wiring system used to modify circuit? Table 4A2? Or would i just use that table for the reference method?

Any help welcome.

As to wiring type seen that asked for before and they wanted 624Y or 624B etc. i.e. 70 deg C or 90 deg C cable.
