certificate quick question

was given this new certificate pad. there is a massive box which needs filling in. it says:

Details of wiring system used to modify the circuit.

it is asking for a description on what i have done or does it relate to reference method?

I assume this is a Minor Electrical Installation Certificate?

On mine I have:

Details of wiring system used to modify the circuit

Type - eg PVC/SWA, SWA/PVC, PVC/PVC, PVC cables in metal conduit.....

Reference Method - eg A, B, C, 100, 101.....
