Mira 415 Shower Leeking

Last night I took my shower apart and replaced the o seals around the cartridge. Put it back together and everything worked with no leaks (apart from the hot and cold working in different directions).

Unfortunately this morning after I had a shower when I went downstairs I was met with various leeks from my ceiling dripping over furntiure and light switches.

I turned the water off at source but not sure what to do next now!

any advice... is it time to give in and get a plumber ?

thanks!

:)

Sorry to jump on a very old thread but it relates to my current issue.

My shower had began to drip fairly regularly so having taken the hose off and checked it was still happening i read this thread and bought a seal pack. I've changed the 2 seals on the cartridge and the large one labelled Cover Seal but after putting it all back together i still have the leak...
There was also a retaining bush seal but i didn't change it as it seemed fairly fixed in place and i think it would leak from the front of the cover and not to the shower head if that was failing ? I'm probably wrong.

So, the advice i'm after is whether i need to change that seal too, or whether a new cartridge may be the solution ?? Otherwise any other options?

Many thanks
