Not had the privalage of seeing this shower although customer has specified the problem as being hot and cold selection as normal, but shower wont shut off, apparently has to select cold to shut off properly. i personally haven't worked on this shower before and would appreciate any pointers before looking at it. customer very vague (recommendation)
