mira advance atl shower problems

Hi I was wondering if there was any advice as our shower persists in alarming for water supply/ reset. I have read previous posts regarding similar but it hasn't helped sadly. I did get excited when I found a reset so today I tried it and held down the flow and start button etc and only a trickle of water came then it alarmed. The added bonus with this is it will only run during the day so no early morning showers or late night ones and when you get it running the toilet has to be flushing. If you let the toilet stop then no more shower.
I tried flushing while resetting and I got a good flow but as soon as the toilet stopped the shower alarmed and stopped too. Is there any hope?
Forgot to say that it is a gravity fed system

Sounds like the alarm is for low pressure and the call for water by the W.C raises the pressure sufficiently for the shower to work.

Have you checked the cold water tank in the loft, it may be filling too slowly or have restricted flow on the outlet or gate valve.

Doubtless a plumber can advise....
