Hi
Our four year old Mira Atom shower with overhead shower and a handheld shower head has a loose handheld bracket and it is not possible to tighten it. So the handheld keeps dropping down and falling out of the bracket. Mira have supplied a new bracket. The problem is the bracket is fixed to the overhead showers pipes of which there are three sections. To remove the old bracket and fit the new one the pipework to the overhead shower has to be disconnected. I didn't instal the shower and the scant instructions don't help.
My question is.... Are the three pipe sections a push fit into each other including the connection to the main valve? Or are they a screw together fit or even possibly a Bayonet style of fixing? I don't want to put pressure on the main valve unit or the intermediate pipe joints without knowing how the pipes are fixed together.

I typed
mira atom rainfall instructions
into my search bar and it came up with what might be useful stuff... including You Tube videos I haven't watched.

https://device.report/manual/679991 diagrams and words seems clear enough to me... IF it's the correct manual for yours.
Push-fit into thermostatic body and screw-fit on the risers. You may need to remove rainfall head and the riser from the wall bracket (held in by a grub screw) to actually get the riser out for disassembly.

Just fitted a similar model for my Daughter. Top two joints are threaded, connection to valve simply pushes home and a (tiny!) grub screw in the rear is tightened to hold it in place. Top bracket is fixed to wall, riser rail then attaches to the bracket by way of another grub screw.

Assume yours wont be vastly different.
