Mira element shower scalding hot

Just moved into a new house and replaced the old boiler with a new Ideal boiler.
This has made the mira element shower run scalding hot.
Is there anything I can do or do I need a new shower now?

There has to be a way of mixing the water, either on the shower or at the taps depending which model you have.
Have you checked you are getting a cold supply as well as a hot?

The instant you switch it on it is boiling hot, do you know if there is an adjuster inside ?

Are the hot and cold reversed on the inlet ? If so, you may be able to sort it by moving the cartridge.
