mira event thermo cut off

Hi, My old Mira Event power shower doesn't warm up. The pump works OK and when I turn up the heat, the motor slows as if it's trying to work but no hot water. Is there a thermo reset button or something? Water tank is set at 50 degrees. There is a red button on the dial but doesn't seem to do much. Thanks in advance.

Hi, The shower is cold, the water tank is hot so there doesn't seem to be a flow from the tank. I was wondering if the shower unit has shut off the water somehow. Thanks.

Have you checked the filters are clean.
Check you have flow to the filters.

No the shower don't have any shut off or reset valve etc.
All this shower basically does is mix hot/cold water supplies and pumps it.
