Mira ex Thermostatic shower poor flow issue

Hi there I can see several references to flow on previous posts.. The shower worked one day(and for the past 7 years)

I have tested the Solenoid 3.6kohms. I blow through the body of the valve energised and not energised this seems to operate fine. Have also replaced the pump as the old one brushes were very worn.
That said no improvement in flow.. I have checked the filters (small debris) and cleaned them out.
Removed the thermostatic valve and blown through and seemed to operate fine.
I also removed the solenoid from the from the pump body and flow didn't improve either?
Pump varies speed as you'd expect...

Now at a bit of a lost!!

Have you checked the head/hose ?

Thanks for the reply.. The hose is Disconnected so should have no influence... The resivour doesn't fill as the flow is so poor... I just get a very small flow of water ?
