Mira Mode digital shower dripping

Cust having bother with newly installed Mira Mode rear fed shower that is constantly dripping. Not seen it yet going tomorrow but want to be pre-armed before I go. Any help welcome. Thanks.

Hi, Did you get this issue resolved? we have a similar issue that dripping from both overhead and spray arm. Have fitted flow restrictors and turned down the cold water pressure slightly but still drips. Thanks in advance.

It's a failed proportional valve. Needs repair from Mira.
