Look at your fuse box / consumer unit and find the fuse / MCB for the shower. It should be clearly marked and probably rated 30-50A.
If its a fuse, pull it out and check the continuity of the fuse (cartridge) or check the fuse wire (rewireable) hasn't melted. If its an MCB, check it hasn't tripped (switch will be pointing the other way to the rest).
If all is well at the fuse box end, there's something wrong with the shower. Replacement parts are expensive. Might be time for a new shower.
