Miswired light switch

It is a bit odd that it seems to ne wired in FP200 cable....thats usually used for fire alarms or emergency lighting maybe.
The switch is for two sets of bulbs in the kitchen. There is fire alarm in the hallway outside the kitchen.

You say the earths aren't connected,.maybe connect them to the back box if theres a terminal or put them into a connector block.

Im still not sure why that type of cable has been used.
The back box is plastic and nowhere to connect the earths. The earth conductors are sleeved and not exposed on the cut end. I suppose that's good enough?

They should be in a connector, but it won't make a difference if you leave them as they are.....I assume the sleeving is longer than the wire so they wont touch anything.
