Dear All

I have recently purchased a mitsubishi Colt CZ2 2009 Plate 1.3. Whilst driving I have noticed that when the steering wheel is not held that the car has a tendency to wander to the left hand side when on a straight road etc. I have had the tracking done by kwik Fit who could not find a problem!

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? The car is still in warranty.

Many thanks.

Assuming that the car hasn't had any crash incidents (hopefully) then so long as the tyre pressures and condition are ok, then it is indeed a tracking issue .....assuming there's no binding brake, of course! (Unlikely with a car of this age).
Look for scuffing on the tyre treads, and maybe consider another outlet to sort the tracking? If alls well, there shouldn't be any charge.
John :)
