Got 2 foot wide chipboard floor boards (1974 house), or so I assume. Anyway, the profiles of the metric and imperial boards are slightly different, and the join from one board to the other is not fully together.
Not only that, the metric is slightly narrower, and will leave a gap. The only thing I can think of is to cut two lengths of metric, sized to fit with the straight cuts in the middle. Which is what I didn't want.
Got the picture? if so, any ideas please
regards,
