Hoping someone can help

I’ve got a hanstrom boiling water tap, the boiling water comes out absolutely fine, has decent pressure but when I use just the normal hot water it turns to a dribble

Does anyone know what might be causing this? We have a regular boiler with cold and hot water tank so I know it’s gravity fed but it’s never been quite this bad before

Leaver cartridge problem maybe?
About £50 to replace.
Don't know how you check for a fault though

All other hot outlets ok? Any work carried out recently?
So hot water tap upstairs is very poor but I have been told this is because the hot water tap is on the same floor and no work carried out recently, like I said the boiling water part of the tap works perfectly and cold works perfectly as well
It’s only become a problem in the last week or so

Tbh, I’d be checking the cold water storage cistern then. I’m unsure how how those boiling taps work, but probably utilise the coldness main.
