at the moment weve got a "mixer shower" however it never seems to be verry powerful.

would i need something completely new in order to have some power? im not on about SERIOUS power, but at the moment it feels like a drip.

and how would i do this? what is involved?

what would our options be?

cheers for any and all advice.

Oh come on, at least give us SOME clues about your hot water system!

Haha fairnuf

I was thinking before i clicked submit.. humm what more info do they need.

Gravityfed system. Not a combi, old skool.
Its an older house, we brought it about a year n half ago. Will eventualy get combi but not any time soon.

I heard that the shower head can make a diffrence, how it uses the water?
So i brought one of them, ment for low preasure systems off of ebay.

:D

You'll never get a huge amount of power off a tank-fed system unless you pump it. A shower valve specifically designed for low pressure systems would help, but of course you'd need to change it if you install the combi at a later date

Easiest option is to install a pump on to your mixer system, the Stuart turner ones are quiet and efficient and all you need is a 13amp socket and the plumbing feeds.
