Mixer tap (cold) not working.

Hello
I noticed that the cold tap was getting tight and not opening up fully. Now it’s hardly opening and no water is coming out. The hot is fine.
The tap is a Deva DCP124-004.

I was thinking of replacing the tap but I see that there isn’t any flexi hoses being used, just copper pipe.

Can the cartridge (think that’s the right word) be replaced?

You can get replacement innards, or strip yours and lubricate with new washer,

Quite a few sheds or merchants. You can go the online route, but tap splines need to be accurate, unless you just want the washer and lubricant?

A bog standard "tap reviver" set will fit that.
Personally, I'd bin it off and replace it.

And post a plumber to redo the pipes? Seems excessive.
Struggling to find the reviver kit..
