Have noticed the sink tap in the kitchen is not mixing hot and cold properly anymore, the hot water is coming out with a stream of cold included which means i now have to top up with a kettle full of hot water.
Also the tap itself appears to be leaking, and if you turn it all the way cold it quite literally flows out of the top of the tap fitting.
Any plumbers here know if its fixable by me? or is it knackered? How much does it cost on average to get a plumber out to look at it?
Its an Ikea fitting, im tempted to take it apart to have a look but will have to shut the water off to the house before I can do anything with it...
