Mixing screed

Mixing 4:1 (12 sand to half bag cement) laid on celotex with a slip membrane with a mesh and added fibre. Does this sound ok?
Or can the mesh be omitted if adding fibre?

You have missed out the critical factor . Thickness of screed.
If screed 70mm thick, you do not need mesh., just fibre.
If running pipe in pipe in screed then 300mm wide exmet over length of pipe.
If foil to insulation not damaged, tape joints and slip not required, but if you have slip on site, then use it for peace of mind.

Ah yes.
75mm depth. have slip on site so best to use.
Is a handful of fibre per mix enough
