Only ever seen or used them to control mA type stuff. I am sure they will do more - not looked at the spec recently.

My wholesaler stocks the ones I linked to, and thats all I use!
 
For switching a motor (pump in this case) you should be using a contactor ideally, however this is not essential for very small motors.

Watch for the ratings for inductive (AC3) loads though as relays are often specified for resistive loads. A 20 Amp relay can be de-rated to as little as 3 Amps when switching an inductive load.
