It didn't work. I answered the initial questions and it took me to a page where I had to select the issues that were most important. There were no instructions so I started clicking. I clicked and I clicked until I'd selected them all and then --
Nothing! There was no NEXT button or anything remotely resembling one.
A careful search with the mouse turned up a hidden link called Index but all it did was present the same page in a different way - and when I tried to go back it said the page had expired. 
What a complete waste of time.
