Mould in fitted wardrobe

Hi,
We have recently had mould start to grow in in a fitted wardrobe. Does anyone know how /why this would have started to grow. I have been in the loft and can’t see any water coming in from above and the wall doesn’t feel damp.
The wall joins onto the neighbours house could this be related to air flow into the wardrobe? Thanks.

Its probably a "Cold Spot" lack of ventilation,
