Around the base of a shower cubicle we have the old problem of mould forming on the silicone sealant. The sealant used was supposedly mould 'resistant' and we have used mould remover spays yet still it persists. The bathroom is generally well ventilated though well used so the cubicle never really drys effectively.

Now that its there, is there any product that might remove this black stuff from the silicone?

Thanks

as its a shower cubicle have you not thought of wiping down the walls etc after a shower? myself and mrs breezer do, it also saves all the limescale building up on the tiles

Keep an old towel in the shower room and wipe the shower down every time you use it, paying particular attention to the silicone lines.

It'll dry off properly then and keep the mould away.
