Mould Under Tile Surface

Hi, I have recently fitted a Boston tile that has the fake grout lines. I've noticed that mold seems to have penetrated the fake grout lines in places, which I rather shocked about as I assumed it should be glazed to stop this.

Has anyone else come across this problem.
