Sealing grout... mosaic tiles

I have a friend who has 4.5cm x 4.5cm mosaic tiles above her bath (there is an over-bath shower). She is wanting to seal the grout but this is going to be difficult because of the amount of grout lines, so I am looking for something I could use to put over the whole wall (both tiles and grout) without damaging the tiles.

The tiles are "Anti-slip glazed MGT Series MGT-193 Japan" (cant find anything about them online) she has the same ones on the floor, they have a rough surface a bit like worn sandpaper - don't seem glazed to me, but I guess they are.

Does this sound possible? can anyone recommend a suitable product?

I'm thinking an aerosol spray like http://www.seal-guard.eu/uk/tile_sealer_aerosol.html would work (although it does say re-application may be needed every year in shower areas, http://www.seal-guard.eu/uk/faqs.html which isn't ideal)

If anyone has any thoughts it would be appreciated
