Does anyone have an idea why my mower as above keeps on throughing the drive belt off the engine pulls? Also does anyone have or know a link to an exploded digram of the mower or maintenance book please?
Thanks everyone. It would have been good had it been the spring, that would be simple to replace.
But it isn't; on looking at the machine I found the hole in the 'Inner wheel cover' (part 26 in the link) that the drive shaft (part 1) passes through was no longer round but oval allowing the shaft to sit higher so the pulley's were not in line. Further stripping down I found the ball bearing (part 7) was very loose with the same amount of movement as the size of the oval wear.
