Need to move central heating flow and return pipework next to boiler to a temporary potion so i can get some joists in. Pipes need to be raised 220mm from present location

The boiler is going to be moved to a new position in the house at some point. The boiler is in an attic at the moment

Whats the best way of doing this? Can it be done without draining the system?

Any help much appreciated

Short answer is no, you'll be better off cutting the 22mm and rerunning in your required (temporary) positions. No need to drain completely, if there's a drain cock on the 1st floor then use that.
Don't try and use pushfit couplers within a metre of the boiler, solder is best for a permanent job but if you don't have a blowlamp already then just use compression fittings esp if temporary
