Moving a soil pipe

hi,

I have a ground floor bathroom and the soil pipe currently runs down through the concrete floor.
Is it possible to have the soil pipe moved so that it exits the building through an external wall and meets the sewer outside as the toilet is on an outside wall anyway.
Any advice would be appreciated as I have so far I have been given conflicting information.
