Im ripping up a path at side of house to do a driveway but come across a earth rod that comes off one of the wires from power supply from ours to next house, who would i need to move it as it needs moving about 6 inches from sub base from under old path to further down for doing new driveway. Id get a shock if i touched it would i to move it and hammer earth rod where i want it?
