Just for reference, a Current Operated ELCB is just what we used to call an RCD before we started calling them RCDs.

RCD is just a generic term, it covers a whole lot of devices including RCCBs, RCBOs, SRCDs etc.
What we often call an RCD is actually an RCCB.
An RCBO is an RCD and MCB in one package.
An SRCD is a socket with inbuilt RCD.

The thought had occurred to me too, although the picture's a little too grainy to say anything fo' sho'.

Thought it was just me that looked at pictures like that.

Timeclock (top left with switch wire from meter in view), out of clock through ELCB to meter out of site top right.
Must be a CU above timer (top left) which is supplied by the henley.

Hurt my eyes tracing that and I may still be wrong but think it's legit.
