Moving / Extending a soil waste pipe and guttering - Help

Hello,

I need to swap the location of the bath and toilet in the bathroom. Both are on an external wall and it does not matter about how the pipes look outside.

I have taken some pictures and mapped out the existing pipe layout.

Can anyone recommend a way of routing the pipes to accomadate the bathroom changes. So extending the soil pipe - attaching the basin and bath waste to it and then re-routing the rain water gutter.

Any comments would be appreciated.

you could move the soil pipe and boss the wastes into it

the rainwater pipe 4 x 45 deg bends round the soil pipe
