moving hardibacker - small crack - what type of filler?

Some of the hardibacker in my new bathroom has moved a bit and where it's been skimmed there is a hairline crack. It is tiny.

Just wondering what the best type of filler to use is? Shall I use polyfiller, or will this crack again or should i 'wipe' some flexifiller into the crack?
