Hi all,
I would like to move the staircase of my house from the middle that it is now to the side. Also one of the two walls that "encloses" the staircase to be knocked down from top to bottom (first floor and ground floor).
The staircase has been moved in the house next to me.
I have attached 2 plans, the original layout with the staircase in the middle:
and the neighbour's layout with the staircase on the side (mirror layout as there are terraced properties):
I understand that this is quite an expensive job however would someone have an idea what kind of budget I should be looking at in the area of greater (sw) London?
