Moving WC pan 15 feet to the other side of building

I'm re-designing our kitchen and bathroom and would like to move my toilet from one side of the house to the other, a total of about 15 feet. I'm just wondering about the logistics of this!!! Would I be looking at reconnecting to the main Thames sewrage pipe on the other side of the house or is it feasible to extend the waste pipe underneath a floor so I can use the existing soil pipe?? Any advice on this would be appreciated Cheers!!
