MP3 program

I used to have a program that "balanced" the volume of my mp3 tracks. It was on another pc and I can't remember it's name. Anyone got any links to similar programs. TIA

I do not have any idea about it but i have seen the link which is shared here so its been really good for me to get through the new concept.

Audacity is a bit.. excessive. You're looking for MP3Gain.
